1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your quick-convert Lifetime purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, email us at support@quickconver.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We aim to respond within one business day.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

quick-convert payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Once a refund is approved, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been issued.

3. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to resolve issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
